1. Licensing and Automatic Updates - If a license key is provided with a copy of the product, it is valid for one year from the date of the purchase of the product. There are products that do not support automatic updates and if the license key is not written in the purchase receipt, the product does not support automatic updates.

2. Download Links and Expiry - The purchaser will receive the receipt with the download link after the transaction is completed. The download link will be expired in 24 hours after the receipt is sent.

3. Support Services - The developer of the program will look into the problems that the purchaser encounters with the product. It is not guaranteed that all problems can be solved. The support service will end in 365 days from the date of the purchase.

4. Refund Policy - miunosoft does not issue a refund unless the purchaser does not receive the product or unless the product is in a condition of being unable to operate and it cannot be fixed within 14 days after the defect is confirmed.
